Access
1.
The gates are to be kept locked at all times, immediately following entry or exit
from the property.
2.
No more than 6 swims will be fished per day, and no more than 7
days per swim.

3.
Anglers must be in possession of a valid Environmental Agency licence (2 required
if using 3 rods).

Litter and refuse must not be left on the property.
5.
Well behaved Dogs are welcome but must be booked on when booking: guide dogs welcome.
6.
No fires are to be lit.
7.
Any behaviour detrimental to other anglers, the fish, wild life, vegetation (including
trees, branches and bank side plants) or the property is not permitted.
Equipment
and Fish Care
8.
All landing nets, unhooking mats, weighing slings etc. will be provided by the Management prior to the commencement of fishing.
9.
All fish, irrespective of size, must be netted using landing net
provided.
10.
All fish must be landed upon a purpose-made large unhooking mat, suitable for
large carp, unhooked with the minimum of stress, and immediately carefully returned
to the water.
11.
Any fish being photographed must be properly supported close to the ground over
the unhooking mat, at a maximum of 24 inches above the ground.
12.
Keep nets or sacks are not permitted.
13.
Any rod used must be at least 11'0" long with at least a 2¼ lb test
curve.
14.
Rods must not be left unattended.
15.
All line used must have a minimum breaking strain of 15lbs/6.75kg.
16.
All reels used must be of the bait-runner type, or be able to free-run
(pit reels acceptable).
17.
Only safety rigs are permitted.
18.
All hooks used must be barbless, or microbarb and of a minimum of
size No.8.
19.
KLIN-IK, or similar anti-bacterial solution, must be readily available for use.
20.
Any weighing of fish must be carried out by using a weight sling. No other method
is permitted.
21.
Peanuts or tiger nuts must not be used.
22.
A maximum of three rods per angler are to be in use at any one time.
23.
The noise level of buzzers is to be kept at a reasonable level so that other anglers
are not duly affected.
Health
and Safety
24.
Swimming is not permitted.
25.
Life jackets must be worn at all times whilst using the boat.
General
26.
All catches are to be recorded upon the provided sheets.
27.
Preference must be given to the two swims referred to as 'cabin' and 'island'
for the use of disabled persons.
28.
The use of bright clothing causing fish to spook is not in the interest
of other anglers.
NOTES
a)
The First Aid Kit is located in the toilet. The oars and lifejackets are kept
in the shower and must be returned after use.
b)
The owner does not accept any liability for any loss or damage to possessions
or personal injury.
